REFUND POLICY

At Fairway Edge Golf, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fairwayedgegolf.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging
  • Sale items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United States: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders to Canadian residents
  • US shipping rates calculated at checkout

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after your order ships.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

Delayed or Lost Shipments If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@fairwayedgegolf.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
